Dear Palestine Solidarity Activists,

WHAT: Arms Embargo Townhall

WHEN: Nov 11, 7-9PM

WHERE: To be announced

WHO: You and your friends (bring some friends and make some new friends!)

WHY: To raise the call for Canada to impose a full two way Arms Embargo on Israel.

As the ceasefire has been broken hundreds of times by Israel without consequence the need for us to amp up our efforts to get Canada to impose a two-way arms embargo on Israel has never been higher.

We invite community to come out for another community meeting on November 11 from 7-9 to discuss this, the location will be announced soon.

There will also be a moderated panel discussion with our friends who were recently a part of the Freedom Flotilla. They’re home and rested after being illegally intercepted and abducted by Israel while trying to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza. They will take part in a discussion about how Canada is complicit in the ongoing genocide, including the need for a two way Arms Embargo.

Some light snacks and refreshments will be offered.

Child minding will be provided.
